A Town Called Panic

I recently read a review of A Town Called Panic in The Christian Science Monitor (January 10/print issue).  It's an animated movie from Belgiium (a spinoff of a Belgian TV series).  It's in French with English subtitles, and it uses plastic toys--a horse, cowboy, etc..  The reviewer says "it's as funny ... and inventive... as Up and Fantastic Mr. Fox."  (It was an official selection at Cannes.)  It sounds like fun, and it's for children and adults, always a plus.
